Who do you deal with? 

Our Clients tend to be higher net worth individuals in both investment banking & boutique financial firms and Senior Directors in quoted and unquoted Companies who want to have a “Trusted Adviser” to assist them with their financial affairs.

What is a “Trusted Adviser”?

It is someone who will look holistically at your financial affairs and provide a high quality financial advice service to you over the long term. This will often include us working with other advisers e.g. accountants and lawyers whose services will be separate and distinct from those offered by St. James's Place. “Our aim is to be the first person the client turns to when he/she has a financial question or issue.” 

How do prospective clients normally first meet you? 

Most of our clients come through to us by recommendation. Initially an informal 1:1 meeting is held to explain our service and establish how it may add value to their affairs. In addition we run small workshops on specialist topics at investment banks by invitation.
